Omg, 🤖 robot at the hotel was amazing! 🙌 everything else - fantastic location, yummy breakfast, and helpful staff. Only downside, random room entries. Overall, 💯 recommend for a nyc stay!

I had great 7 nights in this hotel that's why I loved that. The room was not only immaculate, but fabulous too, and had central heating, a safe and multi-channel television. My food for continental breakfast was delicious and all the staff were polite and courteous.

The hotel was big size and facilities were good, it had ideal location so close to subways, different subway stations and Bryant Park.

The location was perfect, tucked away from noise yet near theatre district and 5th Ave. The staff were welcoming, and the hotel was modern and clean. Room rates were reasonable despite no breakfast inclusion. The beds were cozy, with excellent amenities including espresso machine, Etro accessories, and Frette linens.

The foyer felt cramped with diners, and the restroom was a trek downstairs. Payment hiccup required a credit card and a wait for cash return.

I chose this hotel for attending an annual general meeting because it provides Jay Suites conference rooms for rent easily online. The staff was accommodating, and the location was ideal for my business needs.

The Luma Glow Concierge offered fantastic family-friendly activities, such as the 1lb Bala Bangles for our kids' recreational fun. The hotel's live music from 7 to 8:30 pm added a delightful touch to our New York experience.

The spacious and clean room with double king beds exceeded my expectations. Despite being in the heart of the city, the 24th-floor location provided a quiet retreat. The hotel's convenient proximity to popular attractions and multiple subway lines made getting around a breeze. Although slightly pricey, the experience was worth every penny.

The hotel’s location was superb, with it being in the heart of everything, whether it was next to Bryant Park on a quiet street or within walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a good hair dryer, warm slippers and a gym bag. The bathroom was clean, modern and had everything one would need. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The front desk staff could improve their communication skills as there were instances where guests faced uncomfortable situations with billing.

Perfectly located, a stone’s throw away from Times Square and subway stations. Clean and silent rooms with a cute robot delivering messages. Wifi working great! Close to Pret a Manger for breakfast and light meals. Loved my experience exploring the organic supermarket, Japanese bookstore and steakhouse around the hotel.

Gym vouchers are provided but the process can be hassle-some, especially if you are craving a midnight workout. A few more gym equipments in the room or longer gym hours would be appreciated.

Perfect location, helpful staff, classy with cute robot, superb dining, large and well-appointed room, excellent service.

The Glow Concierge helped us plan our nights out and even got us tickets to a live music show nearby. Plus, the hotel's location made it super easy for us to catch a game at the Yankees Stadium.

If there was one thing we'd suggest, it's adding a cool rooftop hangout spot for young party-goers.

Always my choice. First stay, staff helped with late check out. Perfect for me, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and no smoking. Back for the holidays.
